Document Management

Production records and its related document and first samples are all archived for more than 30 years. We provides ultimate traceability.

1. Trial Files

This file includes all the information from first discussion memo to trial records, samples and measurement result.

2. Production Management Files

After trial molding, products are carried into precision measurement room. At this point, tolerance of dimension is narrower than customer's requirement.

Until it pass the inspection, this routine will be repeated. After this inspection is done, mold is transferred from trial room to factory. At this point, trial file become production management file.

3.　Transferred Production File

All product's information that is transferred to Juken Group affiliates are filed.
