The Basics

Reliable mass production system that Juken Kogyo had established for small size plastic components. The system includes, quality control, quality assurance, machines and management.

Our extremely high standard of quality control is based on this. The rule is simple.

1. Use JMW molding machines
2. Use JFT's mold
3. Use Juken Kogyo's Management Manual.

All records of mass production items are kept more than 30 years. Including transferred production to affiliate companies, we can trace records from the first memo. This system was started from 1970.
